Job summary

The Learning Experience #321 is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our daycare team and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for young children.

You will partner with lead teachers to implement our curriculum, support safe daily routines, communicate with families, and foster growth in play, exploration, and early academic skills. Entry-level role with training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for caring for children and helping them learn.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and engage children through hands-on activities.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming, safe daycare environment for children.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and daily adventures via app and in-person conversations.

As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will:
