Job summary

Xplor Preschool & School Age in Texas is seeking a caring, creative Twos Assistant Teacher to support a discovery-based program. You’ll guide toddlers through hands-on experiences that foster language development, social growth, and independence in a nurturing classroom environment.

You will create engaging activities, model positive behavior, and maintain routines while building strong relationships with families and fellow staff to sustain a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
