Job summary

Bright Horizons in Greenwich, CT is hiring full-time teachers for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will design hands-on activities aligned with development, maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones, and create a safe, clean classroom environment that supports young learners throughout the day.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, and have CDA or college-level coursework in early education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.

Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in Greenwich, CT.

This center operates Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and the ideal candidate would be flexible to work a variety of hours within that timeframe.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $21.25 - $25.95 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for up to $1,000 Hiring Incentive.

Hiring Incentive

• Hiring incentive is paid out 100 days after start date
• Start date must be on or before September 30th, 2026
• $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time
