Bright Horizons is hiring a Preschool Teacher for the McLean Child Care Center in Belmont, MA. You will create hands-on activities and maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones to support children’s growth.

The role requires MA DEEC teacher certification, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education. A $1,000 hiring incentive is offered after 100 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• MA DEEC teacher certification required.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
