Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking caring Child Care Specialists to work one-on-one with children with autism in the Denver metro area. No ABA experience is required, and we provide free access to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training to help you develop valuable skills while gaining hands-on experience.

In this role you will support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities, track progress, and follow individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; willingness to learn.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Commitment to completing the training program and RBT certification.

Responsibilities
