Job summary

Town of Flower Mound is seeking a Part-Time Tot Drop attendant for the Community Activity Center (CAC). The role involves caring for children aged 6 months to 9 years, assisting with party events, serving food and beverages, and delivering excellent customer service while enforcing CAC rules.

The position requires attendance at mandatory trainings, valid driver’s license, and where applicable CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and driving record in compliance with Town policy.

Responsibilities

• Cares for children ages six months to nine years in the Tot Drop area of the CAC; ensures toys are available and clean.
• Performs room and area set-ups for parties and post-party cleaning.
• Serves food and drinks to party guests and provides excellent customer service.
• Answers questions regarding the CAC and the Town of Flower Mound.
• Supports other areas of the CAC by assisting with events, aquatic programs, and facility rentals.
