Job summary

Kid Works in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our full-time team. You will supervise children from 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom, develop curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards, and tailor activities to each child’s interests and learning styles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA or Career Pathway Level 3 or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Career Pathway Level 3 required OR Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
