Job summary

The Learning Experience - Blue Valley, KS is seeking a dedicated early childhood teacher to manage a classroom and provide a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will implement our LEAP curriculum and engage children through our unique characters, making learning a fun, interactive experience.

Applicants should have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or at least six months (required).

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Use the LEAP curriculum and engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
