Job summary

YMCA of Greater Toledo is hiring a Full Time Child Care Site Director to lead daily operations of the citywide child care program. You'll oversee enrollment and marketing, supervise teachers, and ensure Ohio licensing compliance while promoting a safe, joyful learning environment.

This onsite role features a split shift, Monday–Friday 6:00–10:00am and 2:00–6:00pm, with competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour and YMCA membership benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Education or related field is required.
• Two years of experience as a child care director or head teacher.
• Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience also qualifies.
• Proficiency in Ohio licensing regulations and Step-Up to Quality standards.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Child Care Site Director

As the Child Care Site Director at the Y, you'll be at the helm of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and joyously! Your dynamic role involves overseeing center enrollment and marketing while keeping a close eye on classroom teachers and compliance with ODJFS licensing and Step-Up to Quality standards.
