Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canton, MA is seeking a Certified Float Teacher to partner with families and staff to provide a warm, home-like environment for children, following NAEYC guidelines. This role involves mentoring staff, creating engaging activities, and coordinating with families to support child development.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.

• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans for the best care and education.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

What will you be doing?

As a Certified Float Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

Requirements:
