Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help keep our childcare centers clean, safe, and inviting for children and families. You will help maintain classrooms, restrooms, and play areas, and assist with seasonal decorations throughout the year.

The role emphasizes a safe, team-oriented environment with opportunities for training, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Prioritize health and safety as part of our caring culture.

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh: maintain clean, safe, and orderly buildings, classrooms, and playground; vacuum, mop, dust, clean windows, and restrooms; collect trash.
• Keep things working: assist in cleaning school equipment and fixtures; clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive: assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-$17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
