Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help keep our childcare centers clean, safe and welcoming for children and families. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to health, safety and a positive learning environment.

You will perform janitorial tasks, assist with cleaning equipment and facilities, restrooms, and contribute to seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year, supporting daily operations and the well‑being of our learners.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working around children.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, classrooms, and playground clean, safe, and orderly.
• Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; refill dispensers in restrooms.
• Put up and remove seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.
