Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help keep our childcare centers clean, safe, and welcoming for children and families.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, manage trash, and assist with seasonal decorations, ensuring classrooms and playgrounds are orderly. This role supports our teachers and keeps our environment healthy.

• Must meet state education requirements for our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition; vacuum, mop, dust, clean windows and restrooms, and manage trash.
• Clean school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; restrooms cleaned and dispensers refilled.
• Put up and remove seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.
