Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Child Care Center Field Director to lead daily operations, mentor teachers, and foster partnerships with families and clients.

The role emphasizes program excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational success within a center setting. The successful candidate will oversee staffing, enrollment strategies, and financial stewardship while ensuring a supportive environment for children, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• Degree in early childhood education or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Director II certification required.
• At least four years of leadership in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool.
• Experience in both teaching and administration of a child care center.
• Willingness to commute at least 1.5 hours each way; mileage reimbursed beyond 10 miles.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and create an engaging, inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure program quality standards.
• Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable while ensuring budget compliance.
• Build relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and licensing.
