Bright Horizons in Abbott Park, IL is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to support daily operations, supervise curriculum delivery, mentor teachers, and partner with the Center Director.

You will uphold our mission, values, and safety standards while building strong relationships with families and staff. This leadership role requires in-person work and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards is required
