Job summary

Learning Care Group in Indiana is hiring a Center Director who will lead a child care center and positively impact children and families. You will oversee staff, engage parents, and ensure safe, inspiring learning environments while promoting growth and learning.

The role emphasizes leadership, licensing compliance, curriculum alignment, and community partnerships, with a focus on staffing, training, and program quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

As a Director, you will:
