Job summary

Learning Care in Minnesota is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children and staff to field trips, school and other locations, while ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.

You will operate a bus or van with a focus on caring, safety, and teamwork, may assist as a Teacher when needed, and contribute to a positive, educational environment for families and children served by Learning Care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Have and maintain a safe and violation free driving record.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Transport children in a bus or van from one loving, educational environment to another with a smiling face.
• Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.
