Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time childcare assistant to supervise and care for children in a small setting. You will greet families, assist with daily routines, and organize playtime while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes alertness, patience, and strong communication with parents and team members. Work hours include morning and evening slots, with shifts from 8 a.m. to noon and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and varied weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Wash linens and pillows daily and sanitize bathrooms.

Reports to: Child Care ManagerSummary: This employee is responsible for the supervision and care of children/babies in a small childcare setting.Essential FunctionsThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following duties.
