Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Madisonville, OH is seeking an Assistant Teacher to partner with teachers and families, providing a warm, home-like setting for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

This full-time float role runs 8:30–5:30 with no evenings or weekends, offering $14–$18 per hour and benefits including a childcare discount, 401(k) with company match, professional development, PTO, and health, dental, and vision insurance.

What will you be doing?

As an Assistant Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
