Bright Horizons at Concord Plaza (3511 Silverside Road)

Nemours Child Development Center (1920 Rockland Road)

Positions available: Full-time and part-time roles with infants, toddlers, twos, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children.
2. Communicate daily with parents, document, and share important milestones in their child's day.
3. Keep the classroom safe and clean by following procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool experience preferred.
• Must meet Delaware licensing requirements for an Assistant Teacher, including early childhood coursework like TECE 1 and 2 or equivalent credits.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $15.05 to $18.70, depending on experience, education, and location. Benefits include:
