Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is seeking a part-time team member for the Redding center. Work from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends, and provide support to teachers while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with classroom instruction.
• Decorate classrooms as needed.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
