BrightPath Kids Inc. Mansfield is seeking a part-time Teacher Assistant to support teachers and families in a nurturing, child-centered environment. Flexible 1:00 PM–6:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM shifts with no evenings or weekends, and paid training on classroom procedures.

You will help ensure safety, assist in instruction, and communicate with parents, while participating in BrightPath’s growth and employee benefits like a childcare discount and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support children ages 6 weeks to 12 years with teachers and families.
• Assist teachers with instruction and classroom activities.
• Help decorate and maintain classrooms and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment conducive to play and learning.
• Engage with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
