Job summary

Kids Country in Hartville, OH seeks a Teacher Assistant to support teachers and families, providing a nurturing, home-like environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, in line with NAEYC guidelines.

You will assist instruction, help decorate classrooms, maintain a safe, clean space, and communicate with parents to keep them informed. Paid training is provided; full-time staff receive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

What will you be doing?

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:
