BrightPath Kids in Elma, NY is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to work alongside teachers and families, providing a loving, safe environment for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, in accordance with NAEYC guidelines.

You will support classroom instruction, help maintain a clean, warm space, decorate rooms as needed, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's daily progress and wellbeing. Training is provided for all classroom procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsabilités

What will you be doing?

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
