Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Maryvale, NY (Buffalo area) is seeking a Teacher Assistant to work alongside teachers and families, providing a home-away-from-home for children, and following NAEYC guidelines. You’ll help with in-class instruction, supervise infants, decorate classrooms, and foster a warm, safe learning environment.

This role offers no evenings or weekends, paid training on procedures, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
• Willingness to complete paid training.
• No evenings or weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children infant ages.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.

What will you be doing?
