Children's Advocate LLC in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Freelance-Child Care Assistant to support youth across education, behavior management, and social skills. Flexible hours and a part-time/contract arrangement allow empowering work with children of ALL ages.

Pay starts at $17.93–$19.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and development. Requires a Driver's License and College Degree; collaboration with families and professionals is essential.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Freelance-Child Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children of ALL ages, including preschoolers empowering them to reach their full potential.

Duties:

Provide guidance and support to youth in various areas such as education, behavior management, and social skills.
Develop and implement individualized plans to help each child achieve their goals.
Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model.
Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting healthy communication among youth.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of the youth.
