Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Madisonville, OH is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our caring team. You will work alongside teachers and families to provide a nurturing, home-like environment for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, supporting lessons, decorating classrooms as needed, and communicating effectively with parents about their child’s progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities
