About the Role

Join Bright Beams Academy as a Child Care Assistant Director in Redmond, WA, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. Need to be fully in merit with a state certificate or equivalent to assist the new school with our grand opening and launch procedures.

A center director must meet the following qualifications: (i) Be at least eighteen years old; (ii) Have an ECE state certificate or equivalent as approved

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the child care facility.

Support the Director in implementing educational programs and curricula.

Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health standards.

Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Promote a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
