Great River Health Systems is seeking a dedicated childcare assistant to provide safe, developmentally appropriate care across varied environments. You will engage children through hands-on activities and build strong partnerships with families and co-workers to support each child’s growth.
Responsibilities include daily care, meals, diapering, supervision, and documenting care items in the ProCare Parent Engagement App. Collaboration with staff and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Minimum Hiring Wage: From $15.50 per hour

Care for children by creating a safe, developmentally appropriate environment that supports their physical, cognitive and emotional needs with hands on interaction. Build a partnership with families and co-workers to best support the children in our care. Attend to children at schools, businesses, private households, and childcare institutions. Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play.
Will become eligible to drive company shuttle van at age 21. If this is an expectation for the individual, a valid driver's license will be required then.
