  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom or care area
  • Support routines such as meals, snacks, rest time, hygiene, and transitions between activities
  • Observe children’s behavior and well-being and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
  • Follow established procedures related to safety, health, and supervision
  • Build respectful, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
  • Assist with classroom materials, preparation, and cleanup as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with children in a childcare, school, or similar setting is preferred
  • Ability to remain patient, attentive, and engaged while supporting children of various ages
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and safety proceduresDependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate care practices is a plus
