Job summary

Bennington Public Schools Foundation is seeking a Child Care Assistant for its All Star Kids Before & After School Program. This part-time role involves supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe environment. Ideal for high school students aged 16 and up, the position offers flexibility and valuable experience in childcare and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work in Bennington, NE.
• Must pass background checks, including Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect and Adult Abuse registries.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and occasionally climb, stoop, and kneel.

Join Our Team as a Child Care Assistant!

Join the Bennington Public Schools Foundation's All Star Kids Before & After School Program as a Child Care Assistant, where you'll assist with supervising children, setting up activities, and maintaining a safe environment. This flexible position offers hands‑on experience in childcare, leadership, and teamwork in a supportive school setting. Perfect part‑time position for high school students ages 16+ looking to work with children!

Pay: $15.00/hr

School Year Hours M-F

• Morning Shift: 6:15am-8:15am & 2:45pm-6:00pm

Summer Hours M-F: Flexible up to 8 hr shift 6:30am-6pm
