Qualifications

Your Impact

As a Guide (Teacher), you’ll either Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in our Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House (ages 3–6) programs.

You’ll help create a calm, engaging environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Through thoughtful observation, meaningful relationships, and beautifully prepared classrooms, you’ll help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, daycare or school setting
• A passion for early childhood education and child development
• A collaborative, adaptable, and positive mindset
• Interest in learning the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcomed but not required)
• Required ECE or Child Development credits, where applicable
• Interest in pursuing our fully sponsored Montessori diploma through the Prepared Montessorian Institute
