BK Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Kansas City area team. This role focuses on one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, with flexible hours and a potential for professional advancement within ABA.

A minimum six-month commitment is encouraged to support long-term client outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are willing to learn, and possess patience and compassion.
