Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to join our team. As a BI, you support children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, collaborate with clinicians, and help families set and achieve learning goals.

This part-time role requires travel to homes and community settings, documentation of data and treatment notes, and adherence to privacy policies. A CA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: experience with children with ASD.
• ASL or second language fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements in-home/community-based intervention in person and/or via teletherapy.
• Completes documentation, data collection, graphing and treatment notes.
• Travels to multiple sites; reliable transportation and CA driver's license required.
• Under supervision of supervisor/manager; adheres to policies and confidentiality.
