Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group seeks a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.

Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.

• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video‑based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate from $23-$26/hour, based on experience
