Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Saint John, IN. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers paid training plus RBT certification coverage.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with possible Saturdays, in a supportive team dedicated to helping children build communication and independence. Starting pay is based on education level, with opportunities for raises after certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and degree verification before hire.
• Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
