Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Lindenhurst, IL is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills. No experience is required; we provide paid training and will fully cover your RBT certification.

Start date is immediate and there is a focus on pediatric therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, guide learning through play and activities, and work with a collaborative team to support kid growth.

Pay (determined By Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $17.05–$23.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19–$28 per hour

• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
