Action Behavior Centers in Melissa, TX is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children aged 18 months to 8 years through play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates must obtain the credential within 20 days of hire.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will:

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
