Action Behavior Centers in Katy, TX is hiring as a Behavior Technician/RBT where you will follow personalized treatment plans to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. The role offers a predictable daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays and fully covered RBT certification.

No experience necessary with paid training; Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees related to health sciences earn higher pay rates.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $15–$24 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $16–$26 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
