Action Behavior Centers in Cypress, TX is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician role. No experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays and immediate start dates.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and you’ll join a supportive team helping kids grow. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, collecting data, engaging children through play, and maintaining a safe environment.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $15–$24 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $16–$26 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
