Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Clayton, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; paid training and RBT certification are provided.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with degree verification after an offer. You’ll receive competitive hourly pay for education level ($16.50–$25.50/hr with a Bachelor's, $17.50–$27/hr with a Master's) and your first raise after obtaining

• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree: This role requires a bachelor's degree. As part of the hiring process, you must provide proof of your degree (diploma or transcript showing the degree awarded and conferral date).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
