Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Plainfield, IL is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. A Bachelor’s Degree is required to apply.

• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Paraprofessionals, caregivers, and life skills assistants. Psychology, Child Development, or any Health Sciences degrees.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19–$28 per hour
