Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in Matthews, NC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as entry-level ABA therapy providers. We offer paid training to all new therapists to accelerate careers as RBTs and to support professional growth within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team of professionals.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Eligible at 30 hours per week.

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills.
