Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Atlantic, Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with our clinical team.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. You can earn same-day pay after clocking in and out, plus referral bonuses and access to BCBA
