Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure as a therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of mental health practices.
• Proficient in case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure as a therapist or counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for children and adolescents.
• Assess and diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Child and Adolescent Therapist based in Souderton, PA, with some work from home acceptable. The Child and Adolescent Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions. Key responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing mental health issues, developing treatment plans, and providing case management services. The therapist will work closely with children and adolescents, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve mental wellness. One night or weekend day required per week. Minimum 6 hours.
