As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality virtual and in‑person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long‑term progress.
Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence‑based care.
We’re seeking dedicated clinicians to join our Pittsburgh, PA team and provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as the caregivers who support them.
Multiple employment tracks are available: you’ll select your license type and preferred arrangement in the application.
LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $85-$95 per session
LSW Pay: $70-$80 per session
LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $50,000 base + $80/session beyond base caseload
LSW Pay: $40,000 base + $65/session beyond base caseload
LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $85,000-$90,000
$40,000 - $105,000 USD
