Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field is preferred; prior relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with case management, social services concepts, and child development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team including guardian ad litem attorneys, child welfare professionals, and partners.
• Oversee Guardian ad Litem Office volunteers and assign cases as needed.
• Gather and document independent case information and provide best interests advocacy recommendations.
• Prepare court reports and provide testimony as required.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and meetings related to case plans.
