Verge Therapy is searching for a full-time Child & Adolescent Clinician in Woburn, Massachusetts. This position requires providing adaptable and evidence-based mental health care for children and their families within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Independent licensure in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered therapy to children and adolescents.
• Engage families in treatment planning.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with schools and pediatricians to ensure coordinated care.
