HealthNet, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LCAC) at the Specialty Care Center in Indianapolis to provide assessment, crisis intervention and individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices.

The role focuses on children and adolescents, with duties including treatment planning, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with the treatment team. Hybrid work after a 90-day orientation period, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health meeting Indiana licensure requirements (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LCAC).
• Comprehensive clinical experience in mental health treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of child/adult protective services and relevant legal issues.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to the role.
• Electronic charting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling.
• Completes diagnostic summaries and shares assessment findings with the treatment team.
• Determines need for crisis intervention or long-term care.
• Evaluates and updates the treatment plan per agency guidelines.
• Maintains documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participates in continuing education for professional growth.
• Identifies community resources and assists clients in accessing them.
