Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with relevant licensure trajectory.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
